The copyrighted works used in my fanworks are used legally as allowed under "fair use" law

Vids

As far as fandom goes, making fanvids is probably my favourite activity. There's nothing like making your favourite characters from your most loved shows dance to the music you choose. Mwa ha ha! It's a great way to show other people how a certain scene or episode makes you feel, and to attempt to get them to feel the same, just for a few minutes.

Vidding is kinda like scrapbooking, I think. You snip out colourful pictures that have meaning to you, add some glitter and frills, paste it all together in a way that fits to you, and you have something personal to keep and remind you of a certain time and place and feeling. =D
